Position Overview

Business to business (B2B) outside sales representative, capable of creating and developing long-term relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and other high level executives. Must be confident selling in a highly consultative new business development role offering solutions ranging from $30,000 – $250,000 or more.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality service to our clients, generating and promoting new personal insurance (Property, Automobile, and other personal lines) policies in line with the brokerage standards, and to work effectively in retention of the existing book of business.

As the ideal candidate you:

  • A minimum of two (2) year of customer service
  • Strong customer service focus with the ability to deliver positive customer experiences
  • Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
  • Working towards C.I.P. or C.A.I.B. designation
  • Superb interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
  • Advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, Word
  • Comfortable working individually and in a team environment
