What You’ll Be Doing

  • Helping clients find the best personal insurance solutions for their needs—think home, auto, and tenant insurance.
  • Providing quotes, processing policy changes, and handling renewals like a pro.
  • Answering client questions with confidence and a smile.
  • Spotting opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to better protect our clients.
  • Keeping client records up-to-date and accurate (because details matter!).
  • Staying in the loop with industry trends and regulations.
  • Working closely with underwriters and insurance partners to get the best deals for our clients.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Insurance broker license (or willing to get licensed, don’t worry, we can help!).
  • Experience in personal lines insurance is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you!
  • Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.

About the Role

We are seeking a Director of Finance to join our Atlantic leadership team, based in Charlottetown, PEI. Reporting to the President, this role leads the company’s financial planning and analysis (FP&A) function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting, while building and developing a strong finance team.

As a key business partner to Sales, Operations, and HR, you will provide actionable financial insights that inform strategy, improve performance, and support growth. This is a high-impact, hands-on leadership role ideal for someone who wants to shape how financial discipline drives business success.

Business to business (B2B) outside sales representative, capable of creating and developing long-term relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and other high level executives. Must be confident selling in a highly consultative new business development role offering solutions ranging from $30,000 – $250,000 or more.
