What You’ll Do

  • Partner with a leading Business Risk Advisor to manage and grow a high-value book of business.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, identifying risks and recommending coverage solutions.
  • Prepare proposals, conduct renewal reviews, and ensure clients are always informed and protected.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and exceptional service delivery.
  • Stay sharp—participate in training, cross-sell campaigns, and keep up with industry trends.

What You Bring to the Table

  • 5+ years of commercial insurance experience.
  • CIP, CAIB, or RIBO designation (or actively pursuing).
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • A client-first mindset with a knack for building trust and resolving issues.
  • Tech-savvy with advanced skills in Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • Reliable transportation for occasional client visits.

Business to business (B2B) outside sales representative, capable of creating and developing long-term relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and other high level executives. Must be confident selling in a highly consultative new business development role offering solutions ranging from $30,000 – $250,000 or more.
