What You’ll Be Doing
- Helping clients find the best personal insurance solutions for their needs—think home, auto, and tenant insurance.
- Providing quotes, processing policy changes, and handling renewals like a pro.
- Answering client questions with confidence and a smile.
- Spotting opportunities to cross-sell and upsell to better protect our clients.
- Keeping client records up-to-date and accurate (because details matter!).
- Staying in the loop with industry trends and regulations.
- Working closely with underwriters and insurance partners to get the best deals for our clients.
What You Bring to the Table
- Insurance broker license in NB (or willing to get licensed—don’t worry, we can help!).
- Some experience in personal lines insurance is a plus, but if you’re a quick learner with a great attitude, we want to hear from you!
- Top-notch communication and relationship-building skills.
- A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
- A positive, team-oriented mindset with a passion for customer service and sales.

Position Overview
Business to business (B2B) outside sales representative, capable of creating and developing long-term relationships with business owners, CEOs, CFOs and other high level executives. Must be confident selling in a highly consultative new business development role offering solutions ranging from $30,000 – $250,000 or more.
